Moms of Deployed Soldiers is a new organization that has formed to help the families of deployed soldiers with special needs that  families face while soldiers are deployed.  The need was recently illustrated when a deployed soldier learned that a tree had fallen on a soldier’s house back home, and the financially-stressed family needed help.  A Chili Supper is being held to raise money Friday night, April 2, from 5 to 7.  Call for information or tickets to the Chili Supper: 578-7361 284-4151, 897-2902.

It’s the ABATE District 2 Group sponsoring APRIL FOOLS POKER RUN Saturday, April 3 leaving from THE ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE at 202 S.
